Affiliate Coordinator

 

We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Coordinator to support the Client Services and Distribution Team. This position will offer support through reporting, newsletter creation, and contact management etc. for our advertisers and media partners. The Affiliate Coordinator will perform some, if not all the following functions:

  • Provide regular weekly/monthly reports for advertisers and media partners
    • Build, distribute, and analyze operation, sales, and accounting reports for each    campaign using Salesforce, Excel and our online tracking software
    • Perform data analysis on simple data sets and provide actionable recommendations
    • Assist in design and building of quarterly advertiser PowerPoint presentations
    • Design weekly affiliate newsletter and develop content
    • Maintain Contact Database for Media Partners and Advertisers in Salesforce

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
    • Previous experience in online marketing and/or affiliate management preferred
    • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
    • Basic knowledge of Dream Weaver, Photoshop, or any other html authoring and editing tools
    • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to solve complicated problems with actionable solutions
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or similar

Influencer Manager

 

SmarterChaos, Inc. is looking for someone that manages chaos well and considers themselves to be a game changer, a forward thinker, a self-motivated leader in marketing and online sales. SmarterChaos needs someone passionate about online marketing, building online brands, and managing multi-million-dollar campaign assets for some of the largest online brands out there. You must represent yourself professionally while representing the Client’s Brand just as passionately. Key responsibilities include working with top Influencers to place and drive traffic to our Advertiser Clients. We are seeking a person who can work independently and make decisive decisions, as well as, consult with other team members. This position demands paying attention to, managing, and caring about details.

We are looking for a motivated Influencer Manager to work with key Influencers to manage content from our Advertisers, track influencer campaign performance, coordinate paid placements and track posts. The position will work to build new influencer relationships, which includes formulating strategy, research and recruiting. The Influencer Manager will perform some, if not all the following functions:

  • Build Influencer campaigns for advertisers. Including tracking performance of paid posts and placements. Coordinate products for Influencer reviews.
  • Build, distribute, and analyze operation, sales, and accounting reports for each advertiser campaign
  • Perform data analysis on simple data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing influencers and research and recruit new influencers.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism or Digital Media. Previous experience in online marketing and/or influencer management preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Google Analytics. Knowledge of Social Media Platforms. Experience writing a blog is a plus. Ability to solve complicated problems with actionable solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesForce.com or similar.

The Affiliate Marketing Consultant works with our top Media Partners and Affiliates to place and drive traffic to our Advertiser Clients. Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain affiliate relationships and manage media assets for existing media partners

  • Participate in sales meetings, attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products, expand contact database and develop professional knowledge

 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years+ previous marketing or advertising sales experience required.
  • Affiliate program management experience desired.
  • 2 years+ advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 2 years+ experience with Customer Relationship Management software platform, (ex. Salesforce.com)
  • 3 years+ Internet experience and proficiency, including web search optimization and techniques
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to independently solve problems with actionable solutions
  • Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects simultaneously

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media and marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Impact Radius, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.), a plus
